Our Shipping

We ship orders via FedEx after the confirmation of your sale which takes 2 to 3 days. Each shipment will be followed by a tracking number via email. At this we do not ship outside the United States. Shipping costs are based on your total order.

Return Policy

All items are accepted for credit, exchange or refund in a saleable condition within 30 days from the delivery date, accompanied by the original receipt. Special and custom orders can be returned for credit only. Returns may be sent to our Boston location at:

Follow Mass pike to I-93 North (exit 24B on Left) Merge onto I-93 Northbound to enter the Central Artery Tunnel and proceed north about 1/2 mile underground to exit 23. Stay in the left lane and turn left onto North street at the end of the ramp. Turn left at the dock square garage and follow signs toward Aquarium to the Southbound Surface Artery. Turn right on Broad street. Turn left onto Franklin street. Turn right onto Hawley street. Arch street parking garage is on your right hand side; The Jewelers Exchange Building is on Washington street across the street from Verizon Super Store and next door to McDonalds, We are on the 7th Floor.

Car - I-93 North

Follow I-93 North to exit 23 (Government Center) Stay in left lane and turn left onto North Street at the end of the ramp.
