Each round diamond is pave set in an oval shape across the finger. The center includes four larger diamonds surrounded by 18 smaller diamonds on a lower tier.
This ring is entirely hand made and includes details like a fluted shape band, filigree and mill grain accents. Truly a remarkable example of an era gone by.
