Estimate Program
Every Retailer should have a shop that offers more to help you look good. How many times have you under quoted a job, or mis-calculated the amount of time for the work to be done? Our Estimate program will offer you a complete evaluation, quote and time frame
for each item. This can also be used as a training tool for new sales help.
 
Quality Control
To be certain you receive the highest quality workmanship at all times, we have created  a systematic routine for expediting your order.  Each piece is evaluated by an experienced goldsmith with the customer, inspected and entered into our database.  We are staffed with Master Jewelers and all work is done on premises at our facility.  When it returns from the workshop your finished repair is processed through a 4 point quality control checklist. We recognize the importance of security and take preventive measures to safeguard our customer’s pieces.  Items are insured while in our possession. Laser Welding - We have the expertise and equipment to perform micro welding procedure. Using a laser welder, we are able to work with platinum, titanium gold and sterling silver as close as ½ mm from the heat sensitive stones, which virtually eliminates the need to remove the stones. In addition we do not solder but fuse metal to metal eliminating visible seams, color variances and creating a stronger bond 360% stronger. Laser welding is also ideal for sizing platinum rings set with precious or semi precious stones. Our manufacturing capability has been  praised by many, so much so that a news article was written about it.

Diamond Settings – Our setters are masters at their craft.  Skilled in pave, bezel, channel, and all types of prong work in platinum, gold and silver.

Metal Smith – Our metal smiths are craftsman who can repair or restore heirloom and intricate pieces, create one-of-a-kind hand made pieces, and accommodate large-scale production in platinum gold and sterling silver.

Finishers/Polishers – Our polishers fully finish all work, even the smallest repairs, so customers are always pleased with the piece.

Plating and Magnetic Tumblers - We have the ability to produce all types of plating from all karats of gold to the finest Rhodium plating. Our magnetic tumbling allows us to keep a step ahead of large scale manufacturing with micro finishing.
